EUROPEAN LEADERSHIP COUNCIL - As the governing body of DRI Europe, the council oversees all activities of the organisation. The council is managed by a Chair and two Vice-Chairs and is composed of members from around Europe. The council strives to implement major initiatives that will generate member value as well as provide synergy with DRI’s US counterpart on areas of importance for both US and European practitioners.
COUNTRY STEERING COMMITTEE- Each country within DRI Europe is represented by a steering committee that is responsible for the overall direction of its specific country. Committees are overseen by a Chair and several Vice-Chairs. Committee leaders oversee the membership, publishing, marketing, and education initiatives .
DRI OFFICERS - At the top of the governing structure at DRI are the six Officers, which includes Immediate Past President, President, President-Elect, First Vice President, Second Vice President, and Secretary-Treasurer
DRI BOARD OF DIRECTORS - The DRI Board of Directors is the governing body of the organisation. The Board makes all major decisions regarding the activities of DRI. According to the DRI By-Laws, Directors “carry out the duties generally performed by members of the boards of directors of corporations.” The Board consists of six officers, 12 directors elected nationally, 12 directors elected regionally and nine affiliate directors representing the three sister organisations, who are also current members of DRI.
